Recipe for homemade iced tea:
Ingredients:

  • - 1 tablespoon of tea blend (Jasmine, Weight Loss, Green Ginger, Tropical Immuno-boost….)
  • - 1 liter of water
  • - Ice
  • - Slices of lemon, orange, lime, or fresh fruit
  • - Fresh herbs (mint, lemon balm)
  • - Honey or syrup to taste (optional)

Procedure:
Pour the tea blend with water at the appropriate temperature (80 °C for green tea, 90 °C for oolong, and 100 °C for herbal teas and black tea). Let it steep for 3–5 minutes, then strain.
Let the tea cool to room temperature. Pour into a pitcher, add ice cubes, slices of citrus, fresh fruit, and herbs. If you like sweeter tea, add honey or syrup to taste. Serve well chilled, ideally with additional ice cubes.
